MLK BreakfastMetro is seeking bids for special inspection and material testing services. The primary focus of the scope of services is to provide 3rd party, independent special inspection and material testing services as required. Services include but are not limited to providing on-call testing services for Metro and Metro Venues, and independent destructive and non-destructive materials testing as requested.
Bids are due on November 7, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. and will be publicly opened and read at that time online in a Zoom meeting:

Ad Deadline: Print Ads must be ordered and paid for by 1:00 p.m. on Monday in order to make the deadline each week. The Skanner News comes out on Wednesdays. Ads in will run through the following Wednesday.
Print Image Quality Specs: For print ads requiring an image, please submit the image in as high-res as you can to Jerry Forster at [email protected]. We recommend at least 300dpi for best results in the printed newspaper.
Online Image Quality Specs: For web-based ads, we recommend at least 72dpi for best viewing. Images and logos will be sized according to editorial discretion, based on the image orientation (width, height, etc.).
Online Ads will run seven days from first posting (although, 2, 3 and 4 week durations are available).
Image Format: For web, we recommend JPG format, although GIF or PNG may also be acceptable.
Payment Options: The Skanner News accepts PayPal for ads placed online. To pay for ads via other means (checks, credit cards, etc.), please contact [email protected].
Ad Costs: To calculate the cost of your ad, please visit and fill out our online classified advertising form. There you can calculate your ad cost, and will be presented with a PayPal link to make Payment once you're satisfied.
