Alonzetta Delphine (Woods) Davis came to Oregon at an early age. She joined Mt. Olivet Baptist Church and worked with the children's church. She graduated from Grant High School and was in the 4-H club, the Les Femmes and was a debutante.
Alonzetta worked for many years at the telephone company. Alonzetta leaves to mourn her mother, Verla Woods, Husband, Philip Davis: 2 aunts from Homa, LA and 3 godchildren; a host of cousins from Detroit; 2 aunts from Portland, Delphine Porter and Iris Johnson; and also from Portland Linda Scott, Craig Boyd, Alberta Jackson and son Charles Fulilove; Delores, John, and J.J. Shelton; Diane Kuntz and a sister, Nancy Spears; godmother, Virginia Garnett; special soul sisters, Sharon Spangler, Culver City, CA and from Portland: Pat Renfro, Pat Warren, Sharon White, Sharon Neal Gwen Peterson, Janis Booker, and Rosie Loving. Alonzetta loved the Lord and was a graduate of Cal State in marketing.
