Join photographer Intisar Abioto, creator of The Black Portlanders blog, Saturday, Feb. 15, from 7 to 9 p.m. as she marks the one-year anniversary of her effort by launching an Indiegogo campaign to branch out into even more avenues.

The event features film shorts and portraits starring Black Portlanders.
