The Oregon Health Plan will add more names to its list on Monday, April 5. Application packets will be sent to 8,000 Oregonians whose name is drawn in the application lottery. Those who meet income guidelines will be enrolled in the plan.
The goal is to bring 35,000 low-income adults into the Oregon Health Plan.
Enter your name before April 5 to be included in the drawing.
To enter call 1-800-699-9075 or 711 TTY, or visit the Web site at www.ohplist.oregon.gov. Or pick up a forms at any Department of Human Services' office, local county health departments, and from most hospitals and health care clinics.
An estimated 140,000 Oregonians qualify for OHP based on income.
Children and teens up to age 19 do not have to enter. They can qualify immediately. Call 1-877-314-5678 or visit the Healthy Kids Web site.
