Portland Parks & Recreation Wedding Reservations For Dates in 2025

Portland Parks and Recreation Customer Service Center will begin granting reservations for weddings scheduled for the 2025 calendar year on Jan. 6, 2025. In-person reservations will be prioritized from 8 a.m. to noon. Beginning at 1 p.m. staff will begin processing requests received by phone, by mail and online.

For the first time, Portland Parks & Recreation will be hosting local vendors offering services in support of wedding events at the Portland Building from 8 a.m. to noon. Interested vendors can find more information and the application process here.
