Obituary: Phillip (Phil) Wayne Wilborn, Nov. 25, 1959 - Feb. 5, 2020

Phillip (Phil) Wayne Wilborn was born November 25, 1959, in Portland, Ore. to the parents of P.W. (who preceded him in death) and Mabel Wilborn. He passed away on February 5, 2020, in Portland, Ore.

Phillip was 69 years old. He grew up in NE Portland and attended Grant and Benson high school. He received his Associates Degree in Facilities Maintenance Technology from Portland Community College.

He played music professionally as part-time employment and worked for the Portland Fire Bureau for 14 years. Phillip worked various jobs throughout his life in the area of construction, welding and telephone customer service.

Phillip is survived by his mother, Mabel, and his two sisters, Dorothy C. Gardner and Patricia C. Taylor.
